The Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia selected Activation Factory as an official partner to manage and execute the 95th National Day celebrations in Pakistan. The National Day — marking the founding of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on September 23rd — is one of the most significant occasions in the Saudi diplomatic calendar and is celebrated with events across Saudi embassies and consulates worldwide.
The event required a deep understanding of Saudi cultural identity, an ability to execute at a diplomatic standard, and the logistical capability to produce a ceremonial celebration environment in Pakistan that felt authentic, proud, and befitting of the occasion.
Diplomatic events carry a level of protocol, cultural sensitivity, and brand precision that commercial brand activations do not. Every visual element — from colour use to text placement — needed to align with Saudi national identity guidelines. The guest list included senior diplomatic officials, Pakistani government representatives, and key figures from Pakistan's business and cultural community.

Our preparation began with a thorough review of Saudi cultural and national identity guidelines — including the precise use of the national colours (green and white), the Saudi emblem, and the symbolic elements associated with the National Day. We worked closely with the Embassy team to ensure every design decision was approved before production began.
The spatial design was built around the concept of national pride and unity — creating a warm, celebratory atmosphere that felt ceremonial without being cold. The fabrication team produced all branded elements in-house, with quality checks at every stage to ensure the standard met diplomatic expectations.
On the day, our full on-site management team handled the setup, styling, and live coordination — ensuring a seamless experience from the first guest arriving to the final formalities concluding.
