An immersive, digitally-integrated brand experience zone that brought Coca-Cola into the world of esports โ connecting the iconic FMCG brand with a new generation of engaged, passionate consumers through physical and digital activation.
Coca-Cola โ one of the world's most recognised consumer brands โ wanted to deepen its connection with the esports and gaming community in Pakistan. The esports audience represents a fast-growing, digitally-native segment that consumes entertainment, engages in online culture, and expects brands to show up authentically in their space โ not just advertise at them.
The brief was to create a physical brand activation zone โ an "Esports Zone" โ that immersed gaming enthusiasts in the Coca-Cola brand, created genuine engagement moments, and gave the brand a credible, exciting presence at the intersection of gaming culture and consumer FMCG.
Gaming audiences are discerning. They notice when a brand's presence feels forced or disconnected from their culture. The challenge was to design an activation that felt genuinely part of the esports world โ not a generic branded tent with a logo on it โ while keeping the Coca-Cola brand identity central and recognisable.
The physical environment had to integrate digital components seamlessly โ screens, gaming stations, interactive mechanics โ while still maintaining the high-energy, visually bold aesthetic the Coca-Cola brand demands. The build also had to be produced entirely in-house to ensure both quality control and delivery speed.

Our creative team began by mapping the esports consumer journey โ identifying the moments where Coca-Cola could add genuine value, not just visibility. We designed the zone around three core experience pillars: play, connect, and refresh โ naturally weaving the product into the gameplay experience without it feeling like advertising.
The physical environment was built around high-energy visual design: bold use of Coca-Cola's red, LED lighting rigs, gaming station configurations, and branded display structures โ all fabricated by our in-house production team. Digital content was produced by our creative team to ensure visual consistency across all screens.
The consumer engagement mechanics were designed to drive dwell time and interaction โ creating organic social sharing moments and ensuring consumers left with both the product in hand and a memorable brand experience. Brand ambassadors were briefed and managed by our on-site team to keep energy high and consumer flow smooth throughout the activation period.
